Body composition analysis
Breaks down weight into total body water, dry lean mass, and body fat mass. Provides Segmental lean analysis by measuring lean body mass in the arms, legs, and trunk. Utilized to identify muscle and body fat changes, identify potential fluid imbalances, and evaluate overall health.
Muscle fat analysis
Provides a clear overview of body composition and helps your clients set health goals by showing how their total weight, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat mass compared to healthy average range of people in the same sex and height category.
Total Body Water

How to prepare for an InBody Scan?
Hydrate well
Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours leading up to the scan.

Avoid strenuous activity
Refrain from intense exercise for at least 6-12 hours before the scan.

Fast
Do not eat or drink anything (except water) for at least 3-4 hours before the scan.

Remove jewelry and accessories
Take off all rings, necklaces, bracelets, and watches.

Wear light clothing
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that does not cover your feet or hands.

Empty your bladder
Use the restroom before the scan
